NagiThermは、ユーザーの個人情報や利用状況を収集せず、アプリからの外部通信を行わないよう設計されています。
1. 収集しない情報
NagiThermは、次の情報を収集、保存、第三者へ送信しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレスなどの個人情報
- 端末識別子、シリアル番号、ハードウェアUUID
- 位置情報、利用状況、アクセス解析情報
- ファイルの内容、ファイル名、閲覧履歴
2. 外部通信
NagiTherm自身はネットワーク通信を行いません。広告、解析SDK、アカウント機能、外部サーバーはありません。
ユーザーが設定画面にあるApple公式情報へのリンクを選択した場合に限り、macOSが標準ブラウザで該当ページを開きます。リンク先での情報の取扱いには、リンク先のポリシーが適用されます。
3. Mac内のデータ
熱状態の履歴は、ユーザーのMacにあるNagiTherm専用の領域へ保存されます。履歴は最大120回の状態変化、最長7日間に制限され、外部へ送信されません。
設定値もユーザーのMac内に保存されます。アプリを削除した場合、macOSの仕組みにより一部の設定データが残ることがあります。
4. 診断情報
ユーザーが設定画面で明示的に「安全な診断情報をコピー」を選択した場合だけ、機種名、プロセッサの種類、macOSのバージョンなど、サポートに役立つ限定的な情報をクリップボードへコピーします。
この情報には、シリアル番号、ハードウェアUUID、ユーザー名、ファイルパスは含まれません。NagiThermが自動送信することもありません。
5. 通知と自動起動
熱状態が高い場合のローカル通知と、ログイン時の自動起動は初期状態では無効です。ユーザーが明示的に有効にした場合だけ、macOSの標準機能を利用します。
6. お子様のプライバシー
NagiThermは年齢を問わず個人情報を収集しません。
7. 免責と役割
NagiThermはmacOSが報告する熱状態を表示する情報ツールです。正確な摂氏温度の測定、ハードウェアの故障診断、安全の保証、ファン制御、システム設定の変更は行いません。
8. 変更
アプリの機能や法令上の要件が変わった場合、本ポリシーを更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページの最終更新日を変更します。
9. お問い合わせとWebサイト
NagiThermまたは本ポリシーに関するお問い合わせは、お問い合わせフォームからご連絡ください。フォームに入力された氏名、メールアドレス、お問い合わせ内容は、回答と必要なサポートのために利用されます。これらの情報がNagiThermアプリへ保存されたり、アプリから自動送信されたりすることはありません。
本ポリシーの「収集しない情報」と「外部通信」はNagiThermアプリに関する説明です。本ページやお問い合わせフォームをブラウザで利用する際には、Webサイトの運営と安全確保に必要な標準的なアクセスログやCookieが使用される場合があります。

Data collection
NagiTherm does not collect, store, or transmit personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, location, file contents, or browsing history. The app contains no advertising, analytics, account system, or external server communication.
Local data
Thermal-state history remains on the user's Mac and is limited to 120 transitions and seven days. A diagnostic report is copied only after an explicit user action and excludes serial numbers, hardware UUIDs, user names, and file paths.
External links
Only when the user selects an official Apple information link in Settings does macOS open that page in the default browser. NagiTherm itself makes no network request.
Purpose
NagiTherm is an informational utility that displays the thermal state reported by macOS. It does not diagnose hardware, guarantee safety, control fans, or change system settings.
Contact and website
Please use the contact form for privacy questions. Information entered in that form is used to respond and provide requested support; it is not stored in or automatically sent by the NagiTherm app.
The no-collection and no-network statements above apply to the NagiTherm app. When this policy page or the contact form is opened in a browser, the website may use standard access logs and cookies needed to operate and protect the site.
